Our culture

Flexible working is our standard. Across the team we have a range of part-time and full-time staff. We’re based all across the UK – from Scotland to the South-West of England!

Many of us have lived experience of disability or chronic illness and we’re committed to understanding and respecting each other's access requirements.

Working at Transport for All means:

  • 25 days paid annual leave plus public and bank holidays
  • Acccess to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which includes access to counselling, bereavement support, and some legal information
  • Free eye tests
  • Individual training and development budgets
