The Patients’ Forum for the London Ambulance Service has drafted a list of recommendations for changes to Patient Transport Service contracts in London.

- Hospital Discharge
- Return Journey
- Complaints Procedure
- Transfer between hospitals
Transport for All fully supports these proposals for London’s commissioners and providers of Patient Transport.
The Patients’ Forum worked with the the Older People’s Panel of the Bromley Council on Ageing on this project.
