National Express have launched two new discount cards entitling disabled and older passengers to a discount of one third of the ticket price.
The government cut the half price coach ticket scheme, effective from 31st October 2011. National Express campaigned against the decision earlier this year as it meant that they would no longer be able to offer concessionary fares.
