Your transport complaints
Tell us your transport problems
We are happy to act on the behalf of older and disabled Londoners who have a complaint to make about a Transport Service.
You can call our helpline on 020 7737 2339. The line is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
You can also fill in our complaints form. Please fill in as much of the form as possible. It will help us to process your complaint quickly. For more help please read our How to complain effectively section. Once we have received your details, we will either telephone, write to, or email the company you have had a problem with. They will then usually look into it and get back to us within a few weeks. We will then get in touch with you and tell you what their response is.
If we think your complaint requires legal assistance, we will let you know and help you to contact the relevant people.
Some of the questions we ask (about your impairment and ethnicity) are required by our funders and helps to ensure we are delivering the right kind of service. However, if you do not wish to answer these questions, you don’t have to.
We treat your personal information (name, address, telephone number) as confidential and will ONLY be given to the service provider you wish to complain to.
By completing the form and sending us this information you authorise Transport for All to act on your behalf in this matter.
If you have any questions or would rather talk to someone about your complaint, please call our helpline on 020 7737 2339. The line is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
