Access, Rights, Advice scheme

Our Access, Rights, Advice scheme is temporarily on pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are closely monitoring the government advice about travel and we will reopen our helpline when appropriate. Our phone helpline is closed at the moment. We are still occasionally monitoring our e-mail inbox. Please watch this space for further announcements.

We may still be able to help or signpost you to the relevant place if your query relates to the issues below.
