Public Transport in London

London’s public transport system has become much more accessible in recent years, but it is far from fully accessible.

This doesn’t mean we should avoid using it. We believe the key to using the system is to plan ahead and to be aware of your rights so you don’t get stranded if something unexpected happens during your journey.

Hopefully the information we provide on each service will give you enough information to make the transport system work for you. If you would like to talk to us about planning a journey, please call our transport information line on 020 7737 2339 or email us
