London Mobility Protesters Set To Travel To The Bus Day Of Action

Disability Rights Charity, Transport for All, Supports New Westminster Protest to Mark the 2nd Anniversary of Doug Paulley’s Victory in the Supreme Court in Support of Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter Access on London Buses.

London charity Transport for All (TfA) is celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Doug Paulley’s victory by way of a protest for continuing improvement. The details are: The Bus Day of Action. (Public Protest). Calling for legislation and to mark the 2nd anniversary of Doug Paulley’s victory in the Supreme Court in support of wheelchair and mobility scooter access on London buses.

Background
On the 18th January 2017, The Supreme Court ruling made it clear that bus drivers must do more to enforce priority for wheelchair and mobility scooter users, by requiring non-wheelchair users to make room for them in the bus’s designated wheelchair space.
